He brings a strong product mindset and was always taking the time to understand the why behind a feature before ever touching a design tool. Aarav has a sharp eye for detail and a natural talent for crafting intuitive user experiences…”
Direct manager
“Aarav consistently demonstrated a strong balance of UI and UX expertise. He was instrumental in the Pixel 9 retail demo project, where he translated complex requirements into intuitive, high-fidelity prototypes. His work on the One hub project further showcased his ability to organize information architecture (UX) and build a cohesive, aesthetically pleasing design system (UI). Beyond his technical mastery of Figma, his ownership over the entire design process makes him a standout designer.”
